This topic is for discussion of the Illuminations Holiday lighting proposal and price matrix.
Total bid price is $66,420. This price includes the install of the track lighting at the Cross Creek entrance tower and on the Clubhouse. The year two and year three price excludes the track lights as they will already be in place.
Tim has offered a 5% discount if we sign a three year contract. Those prices are shown in the matrix.
In addition to the 5% discount, Tim has offered to meet our proposed $60k budget by deferring $3,420 to the second year of the contract pricing.
