Post Beach Club Usage // Monthly Seminars from Realtor
Eduardo Builes, realtor and resident, is requesting to hold monthly seminars in the Beach Club to educate residents/homeowners. Attached is the facility request form along with his proposal.

We can discuss this further during our CDD Meeting to have a quorum decision. I suggest the Realtor to attend our CDD meeting and present this in person to the board.
