At the last board meeting we learned that residents are using lawn care companies other than the 2 that are allowed by SWIFTMUD. I believe that enforcement of the lawn care company policy is up to the POA. If it's true that it's not being enforced and the assumption is correct that this is contributing to our lake vegetation problem and it's also true that it's in the domain of the POA, then our POA liason, which I think is Joyce, could discuss it with the POA members to see what we can do to help resolve the problem. Thoughts? |

I am planning to attend the upcoming POA meeting scheduled for February 16th. I'll plan to address it with them at that time if they allow for me to do so. |
