Vivek reported that he had reviewed the Agreements with Kolter and found no reference to a tree line or trees being installed to hide the visibility of the homes from the street.

I don't have time to review Vivek's documents right now, but I have attached a presentation by Kolter which clearly shows on slides 21-23 that they were committed to putting in Tree Lining with the express purpose of blocking view of the houses.
