Cory Lakes CDD

What are the board member's opinion of the request by Primrose School to purchase Cory Lakes CDD land for additional parking?

I am in favor of
Either long term lease with recurrent income which will be ideal.
Or sale ..

I went over and looked at the land they are requesting. I don't think it will affect the appearance of our community to allow them to purchase the land.

There request does not include a proposed price offer. I say we start by asking them what they are willing to pay. A long-term lease sounds like a good idea to me. In addition, we should find out from an expert source what that land is worth. I don't know who that expert source is. Ideas?

I'm good with going back to them and determine what they are willing to offer additionally do our homework and get appraised first. I don't know who we will work with for this.
