After our last board meeting, I brought to the attention of our Tampa Councilwoman Montelione that the playground construction was pending approval by the city. Since then our engineer has asked our District Manager to send a check to the city for permitting indicating that we are likely near completing that process with the city.

I Think we need to push for completion of the play ground ASAP.
