Property near Morris Bridge Gate should be prepared and use as a CDD Boat/Trailer Storage Area. Cory Lake Residents are presently paying approximately $27K per year for Boat/Trailer storage. Funds are being collected and nothing is being done to enhance security of Resident's Property. If it cost over $100K to prepare CDD owned property it would take a bit less than four years to break even on cost. |

My biggest question is if it is making such a profit why is it that the poa would want to relinquish this income to the cdd? Why wouldn't they want to continue to profit from it themselves? |

If the POA is serious about handing this business over to CDD then they should present a serious case to the CDD that addresses concerns that we've written here. |

It is not that the POA would be willing to give up making money. It should be that the CDD could be providing a better service to the residents and the same time putting money back into the community for improvements. |
