| Post subject: | Irrigation at all the cul de sacs |
Frank has reported that the cost of irrigating the cul-de-sacs is $645 per meter + $1,500 per backflow preventer. Each are needed per cul-de-sac and there are 33 locations. Total cost for all would be $70,785. I'd be ok with assessing the cul-de-sacs with the most need and starting there. Thoughts? |

I'm ok with that approach Cyril, however I just don't know if we should look at that as a Capital Expense. Rather part of the overall Maintenance/Irrigation budget, not sure if that's the plan. |

Irrigation at all cul de sacs will improve the growth and blooming of plants which would increase the beauty of the Community. Further, since it's a permanent installation, it should be funded with capital funds. |
