Its worth while to research cost to establish a boat storage area on the CDD property across from Phase 7. Tenants presently using Boat storage wouldn't mind paying for a better and more secure storage area. Example 50 tenants paying $500 a year = $25.000 per year x 4 years = $100.000. Over time this would be Income for the CDD. |
