LAF recommendations presented at last meeting

At the last board meeting the LAF committee submitted a document "9/8/2015 LAF recommendations to Board of Supervisors". Some of the items were delegated to different sources and the LAF committee is simply requesting follow-up to see where we are with some of the items...

#2 - Recommendation that the BOS request that the white fence bordering Arbor Green along the Cross Creek entrance be cleaned.
At the meeting it was stated that Frank simply needed to call Arbor Green to request this be done and they would do it. Do we know if that call has been made?

#4 - Recommendation that the BOS install irrigation at the isles and cul-de-sacs that don't presently have irrigation.
At the meeting it was stated that Steve and Frank would need to look into this. Do we know any progress at this time?

#5 - Recommendation that the BOS establish the cause and then appropriately repair the landslide near the pocket park and across from Barbados.
Chuck volunteered to take on this item. Do have any progress updates at this time?

#8 - Recommend to the BOS that repairs be made to align the gates at the exit of Cross Creek.
At the meeting it was stated that this is a simple call to the gate company that Frank would make. Do we know if that call has been made?

#9 - Recommendation to the BOS that the drive and parking area to the recreation area be cleaned.
At the meeting it was stated that Frank would make a call to have this arranged. Do we know if that call has been made?

#13 - Recommendation to the BOS that all actions needed be taken to ensure that Cory Lake residents receive the benefits of the newly announced stromwater assessment in Tampa.
At the meeting, Cyril agreed to contact Lisa M about this. Do we have any progress updates at this time?

#15 - Recommendation to the BOS that the rental company for the storage unit by the basketball court paint the unit to improve its appearance.
At the meeting we discussed moving forward with going ahead to purchase a new large storage unit for the community. My impression was that we had already approved these dollars be spent. Rich didn't have the same understanding as I. So, I'm asking the board to consider moving forward to make this purchase at the next board meeting if we haven't already done so.

Joyce I have no update on any of these, maybe Frank or Carrie can chime in.

This is part of the breakdown in process that I was referring to in my other post. Some of these are basic things that laf could do on their own if they were allowed to. I spoke to arbor green myself and they have scheduled to power wash the fence next month. With no updates today they still have to wait another couple of weeks for an update.
