Making the Facility Managers Position a two Person Position by providing one position dedicated to work with the LAF Committee as a full Time Maintenance person for half the money we were paying Frank, and Facility Manager without maintenance Responsibility for the other half of Franks salary. This is worth while looking into. |

Since this is the first time I've heard of this idea, I need more time to think about it before commenting. Since Chuck is the manager of the CDD staff, he would definitely have to weigh in. |
