Attached is the proposal from LMP to install Bamboo along the back side of the playground to act as a noise buffer for the St. Lucia Isle residents.

Does 5'-6' mean five to 6 foot tall?

If the 5 or 6 mean feet, I recommend 6ft because the higher the better it will decrease sound. Further, recommend we get this done as soon as possible based on complaints from residents.
