Good morning.

Cyril, you are 100% correct. Yet, please keep mind, as my previous post stated, the Security Committee is only seeking to offer our security expertise at these meetings....to provide recommendations, not to make decisions nor to be over bearing.

We are hoping to offer our recommendations to help Wendy, John and APS.

Hi AJ, It seems that we agree on the policy that describes the role of the committee, so it would be up to staff to establish an operational protocol that they would use to complete their jobs in association with the committees and vendors. The board establishes policy and the staff establishes the methods to execute the policy. So, you can contact Chuck with your request on how you would like the committee involved within it's established role.
