If I understand everything correctly the contract states that if an event does not end on time then the deposit is forfeited. The party went past the scheduled time- the CDD should keep the deposit. I am of the opinion that the rules must apply equally to all. I would like to know from the staff how many residents in the past 24 months forfeited their rental deposits either entire or partial and the reasons for it. I have seen Club House not in proper order or floors not mopped post events. |
