Sheila, The board approved a not to exceed budget for the playground. I actually got the company to come down on the price to meet the not to exceed with landscape included. |

John - Can you please provide us a blue print/proposal of all that's included i know you shared a proposal last meeting but I'm going to assume it changed with landscaping now included? thank you |

Same playground and lay out as was proposed just cheaper. LMP to install a hedge barrier around three sides excluding the side with parking spaces. |
