Per Amal Forbes comment - "The number of guest at each pool event also need to be monitored. There is a listed "total number of guest" allowed at each pool event but, this rule is not managed, thus creating an unsafe condition at some events. Per Wendy, the posted number allowed at each event is 142." For clarification, the posted number on the pool sign, BATHE capacity is 142 and for pool parties, the max guest is 40. Based on the guesstimate from the pool attendant at the last dive-in movie (April 22) it was one of the highest attended; I think it needs to be closely monitored at the next dive-in movie to see if the high attendance was due to the movie choice, weather, etc. I have already requested board approval for the dive-in movies that will coincide with a Food Truck to show the movie on the green space to accommodate a much larger turn-out. |
