A group of residents have come together to figure out ways to improve our community via various avenues. This thread is for any comments and attachments from the past couple of steering committee meetings.

At the April CDD Board meeting it was proposed that the rules of the community could be made more accessible for current and future residents to locate and follow. Hence, a Steering Committee was formed.

"The purpose of the Cory Lakes Community and Realtors Steering Committee was to enhance our community’s abilities to become increasing transparent in communicating to present and future residents, its roles to help maintain, serve and create plans to keep our properties at the highest quality standards".

The Findings and Recommendations are in the attachment.....coming very soon.

Thanks very much Sheila.

Is there a way for residents to have the capacity to directly upload an attachment to the Sunshine Board without going through a staff or board member?
