This is just to update everyone that both MI Homes and myself looked into having the tree relocated.
Nobody would touch it due to the proximity of the utilities to the root structure. There is a gas line that runs right under the front of the tree.

Does that mean that the tree will stay where it is?

Unfortunately it just means they will carefully remove it in pieces as to not damage the underlying utilities.

Does anyone have any ideas of where we can replant? Further, should we look at redesigning the enter section of Cross Creek/Cory Lake dr?
