In June 2017, it was approved to give two options for pool parties, either 11am -2pm or 3pm - 7pm. Due to the days getting shorter in the fall/winter months as well as cooler mornings, it's really only possible to accommodate one 4-hour pool party. Based on daylight and weather, I would like to request to amend the pool party times for October, November & December. The proposed time changes are: October 1pm - 5pm; November - 12pm - 4pm; December - 12pm - 4pm and these would be listed as the only available options for these months on the Pool Reservation Agreement. Your thoughts and suggestions are always appreciated! |

I would recommend 12-4 for October thru December. |

I'm in agreement with Bob's suggestions 12-4 in order to keep it simple. |

In reviewing the sunset times for 2017/2018 and based on the current signage used to post open/close times at the pool, I would like to adjust my original amendment request! Please see below: June, July & August - two party times availablity - 11-2pm OR 3pm- 7pm September-May - one party availability from 12pm-4pm I apologize for any confusion my original posting may have caused! |
