Cory Lakes CDD

I have noticed that four to six cars are parked in the driveway at 10821 Barbados Isle Dr, for the past four to five weeks.
Further, sometime the six car is parked directly in the Curve of the street blocking the view of oncoming traffic which is a safety hazard. Is the night Rover still patrol the streets at night and writing warning tickets?
