HI Carlos, I understand your concerns. The negotiating would need to be done by the POA not the CDD since it's the POA who has the lease with the owner. The CDD can't negotiate on behalf of the POA. Have you reached out to the POA? |

Hello Board, Bench at Capri Isle stop. There was one bench at Capri Isle entrance stop sign which got removed. This stop sign is bus stop and around 29 kids gather in morning for school bus. Couple of benches there helps grandparents who are there either for drop or pick up. Can we have those there please. I am sure this need not have to go through survey  Thanks Prashant |

Hi Jorge , Its not for lake /pond maintenance but for backard lot maitenance for lots on pond in Capri.
