Hello Board,

Its pending request from last 3 years to
add Fountains to 2 ponds from morris bridge entrance .

It will be great addition, If you can accomodate this minor update with current budget.

This will enhance the drive from morris bridge entrance to cory lake drive and will help ponds look better.

We already voted on this. We decided to give Capri a Play Ground and not any fountains.

Hello,

As a Board supervisor I know that Capri residents are requesting for a fountain for quite some time now, and the request does not appear to be unreasonable.

During the discussion for Capri kids’ playground it was implied by the Board that the funds for the Fountain will looked at again during the new financial year 2018/2019. So thank you Prashant for bringing it up again.

Not forgetting, the view of the Fountain will be enjoyed by us all coming home from the Morris Bridge Gate enterance.

Capri residents pay exactly the same CDD fees as rest of all other CLI residents. Having said that it is evident that when you enter Capri , unfortunately, it does not feel or look like it’s part of CLI. Therefore, Board unanimously agreed to spend more money on bridging this gap. Last month the Board approved 50k for landscaping during the new financial year.

Out of that 50k I think we allocate approx. 10k for fountain, 3k to add swings at kids play area and 37k for the landscaping, if other supervisors agree.

Supervisors will be pleased to know that the play area in Capri very well utilized from the number of kids playing each evening. The parents thank us for it.

This is a fantastic idea! Fountains would definitely add class to the Capri area, and bring it up a notch compared to other areas in CL.
