Hi.

The Security Committee would like to recommend for official signs stating the hours contractors are allowed into the community be posted at both gate entrances.

Community hours for contractors to enter the community are:
Weekdays (Mon - Fri) except holidays: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Weekends (Sat & Sun): 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Holidays: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Despite the efforts by the Security Guards and the Beach Club staff to inform residents and contractors of these hours, we are still seeing between 6-12 breaches to the Post Orders every weekend and holidays. Residents and Contractors are oblivious to the above hours.

We recommend to post:
1. One (1) sign at each Morris Bridge Gate entrance to alert residents and contractors.
2. One (1) sign at each Cross Creek Gate entrance to alert residents and contractors.
3. Randomly post the hours on the LED Marquee.
4. Continue to post the hours in the community "Welcome Package".
5. Post hours in the Islander.

Kindly,

AJ
Chair, Security Committee

Hi,
I contacted Chuck Adams to serve on the Finance Committee, per the Islander announcement. I have not received a reply.
I do want to sit on this committee. As far as I know from the last survey we did, community engagement as such is of great necessity.
Please advise. I don't understand why Mr. Adams would ignore my request.

Has anyone noticed how ridiculously short the stop light is when leaving via the front gate and turning left on Cross Creek? I haven't timed it, but maybe ten seconds elapse before it turns red again. That's barely enough for two or three alert drivers to make it through.

Can the CDD please contact the City of Tampa traffic planners and request a normally timed stop light?

Thank you Wendy.

I agree with John Burch on the green light timing coming out of CLI onto Cross Creek Blvd. Much too short. It could easily be doubled (or 2.5X more) without inconvenience to east and westbound Cross Creek Blvd traffic.
