Here are a list of issues that Allied needs to address.
1. Management support system for site supervisor Linda- Continued complaints of no or slow response to needs and questions 2. Staffing issues- Guards working 6 or 7 days to cover shifts. No vacation time. Not able to make doctors appointments. 3. Gate guards adhering to post orders- Some guards getting complacent and just flagging in guests and vendors they are familiar with. 4. Rover- Getting complacent and not following through with tours and amenities checks- Only time guard shouldn't be a in person presence during amenities hours is during inclement weather when there typically also isn't users. Who is doing random checks on guard performance over night? 5. Rover- Paying attention to vehicle issues and using good judgement and common sense.
