Property near Morris Bridge gate could be establish as B/S

Property near Morris Bridge Gate should be prepared and use as a CDD Boat/Trailer Storage Area. Cory Lake Residents are presently paying approximately $27K per year for Boat/Trailer storage. Funds are being collected and nothing is being done to enhance security of Resident's Property. If it cost over $100K to prepare CDD owned property it would take a bit less than four years to break even on cost.

My biggest question is if it is making such a profit why is it that the poa would want to relinquish this income to the cdd? Why wouldn't they want to continue to profit from it themselves?

If the POA is serious about handing this business over to CDD then they should present a serious case to the CDD that addresses concerns that we've written here.

It is not that the POA would be willing to give up making money. It should be that the CDD could be providing a better service to the residents and the same time putting money back into the community for improvements.
