Irrigation at all the cul de sacs

Frank has reported that the cost of irrigating the cul-de-sacs is $645 per meter + $1,500 per backflow preventer. Each are needed per cul-de-sac and there are 33 locations. Total cost for all would be $70,785.
I'd be ok with assessing the cul-de-sacs with the most need and starting there. Thoughts?

I'm ok with that approach Cyril, however I just don't know if we should look at that as a Capital Expense. Rather part of the overall Maintenance/Irrigation budget, not sure if that's the plan.

Irrigation at all cul de sacs will improve the growth and blooming of plants which would increase the beauty of the Community. Further, since it's a permanent installation, it should be funded with capital funds.
