Cory Lakes CDD

Until there is a uniform Maintenance program to Maintain all private residential Palm Trees. Some residential Palms Trees will all ways look terrible. The CDD and POA Boards should work together to establish a program which would take care of this issue.

That would be great. We already had a joint POA/CDD meeting on this subject but were unable to make any head way. Also, in CDD Board discussions in the past we agreed that it would be a huge responsibility to the CDD to take on these trees, if it is even legal. So, this subject was dropped. I don't see how change will take place that would make the private trees public property.
