Is it not time to stop spending for new projects? It's time to take a rest and see what we have done. To keep adding new projects is not what we need. We need some holding back and seeing how things we have done are working before we tackle new endeavors.

"Promotional Pride" Items.

Some years ago our beautiful community once sold specialty items to residents, such as license plates.

To help boost the esprit de corps (morale) and comradery of the community, our Steering Committee is recommending to bring back this idea along with the thought of awarding residents for:

1. Attending CDD/POA Board meetings (suprise drawings with gift giveaways)
2. Yard of the month
3. Creative idea of the quarter
4. Quarterly citizen awards
5. Etc.
